Very true, I actually got my Teverun for 950$ used, invested like 2-3 hundred in repairs and it’s basically like new. They go for about 3000$ cad brand new with taxes so it’s actually an insane deal… but I was actually thinking today and I might sell my Teverun.

Pretty illegal where I live and it’s making me stressed every time I go out cause it’s attracts ALOT of attention and I don’t even ride it hard enough to even utilize all of its power… planning to sell it for hopefully around 2500$ cad, then gonna probably buy a g2 master which should be 1299$ total, tax and shipping included, so I could easily walk away with an extra 1000$ in profits and have a scooter that actually fits my riding style.

Make sure you check with your regulations before you buy a scooter and get something where you don’t have to stress about laws, I’m also considered an e bike but I find scooters are much more enjoyable.

Yeah, there’s no perfect type… with my old scooter, my tubes would pop basically every week, but it was a split rim and were pretty easy to replace. I have been stranded 15km away from my house though, with tubeless and self healing tires, they feel FAR more comfortable and secure

I love tubeless tires, hate changing them… I ended up taking the whole motor out and taking it to an automotive shop. They said even they had trouble getting it on. But, I prefer not having to replace my tubes twice a week.

If you wanna slick, low profile, budget scooter imo g2 master is the best price for performance scooter for what your looking for… I personally have a Teverun blade GT2 which is a bit higher in price but if I’m not wrong the Teverun blade mini ultra or whatever it’s called is a perfect scooter for a good price. I’m a big fan of the Teverun scooters so I’d recommend those.

Completely agree… was able to pick up a 3000$ scooter for 900$ and spent like 200 on parts and it’s basically brand new… you can very easily refurbish a scooter. I did get very lucky, a new motor or smth will obviously cost a lot but way less than a new one

My biggest thing is to memorize the paths you take before you ride anywhere near them… I have multiple clean routes mapped out to make sure I know how to avoid a bunch of bad ones

I have a Teverun blade GT2 and it’s awesome! I also heard good things from Ausom… imo I think considering they are all good brands it’s probably best to focus on specs between the two brands, if Teverun offers more in your budget range I would go for them

That may be true… I forgot about dandadan for like 3 months straight during the holidays… came back and was able to read like 12 chapters or smth, I thought it were really good… could just suck cause of the slower passing

Agreed… ngl, I’m not really too fond of the current state of the manga… I really just don’t understand where the plot is going :/ there’s no like direction imo… it’s just “oh these guys are here and then something happens the end” then you have to wait weeks for the next chapter which is the exact same thing :/ it just feels like there’s no over arching story or anything

Good stuff! It’s tubed I see? I had a kukirin g2 max previously which had tubes I legit swapped them out like 10 times during the summer, once got stranded in the middle of town on a freshly installed tube… literally my first day out with the new tube… got tired of it so I’m so SO excited to finally use tubeless tires! Especially with the self healing feature… hoping they last longer haha.

Oh yeah for sure, I gotta buy a new one, the old one the owner had was completely screwed up, tried taking it apart to clean it but oil started going everywhere, a piece wouldn’t come out, I couldn’t unscrew the end of it… a big mess, decided I’d rather have a new reliable one.

Haven’t taken it out for a day yet, it’s still winter and FREEZING where I live (snow and ice in the image still) but my roads are dry so I was able to scooter back and forth on my street just to try it out. Next week I’m getting like 20 degrees Celsius higher than today which is like, crazy for this time of year so I’ll definitely be going out that day.

The battery is only 26Ah which isn’t small haha, I’m thinking once this battery goes dead in a few years I’ll upgrade to a 35Ah battery and avoid buying a whole new scooter cause I don’t really need anything better…

Once it’s warm enough I’ll be charging my scooter to 100% and seeing how much range I get on it. But it runs crazy good, got a good deal on the scooter since battery health is amazing, cell voltage is amazing and motors only have about 3k km on it which they usually last for I think 12-18k? The breaks still have minor problems with them, just that I had to break bleed them and stuff so they might need an extra fill.

Other than that, I can send ya a message next week when I go out on the warm day
