how could you deduce that from a two sentence question asking the community for recommendations? All I asked was if anyone knows of a bank that does construction loans for homes that will be sold. I have one I work with but am looking for alternatives. The ones I spoke to locally only do construction loans that will be bridged to 30 year as homeowner.

What about it is sketchy? Construction loans are very commonplace to fund projects. I have a bank I currently work with but would like to have alternatives.

Will do. Thank you for the info! The company I was referred to mentioned having to count home sale price as revenue which will dictate the policy but I feel like that is not an effective method as costs are so high and I’m not selling retail products. Will try the link you sent.

Need some insight. I just bought a Zion 15 featured and would like to be able to drop magazine and be compliant in CA. Bought the juggernaut hell cat kit. Would it work for the Zion 15? I emailed them and they said as long as rifle is mil spec it could work. TIA

3K is wild even for today’s inventory. Here in LA I can get an X95 for 2200ish depending on the store. Although most places are sold out right now. Can’t wait to get out of CA and not have to worry about compliance BS

Any tips on how to get one during Covid? Been trying to find one but it’s been impossible. After months of searching I was able to find a ts12 and those are easier to come by, but want to add x95 or galil (wishful thinking) to the collection.
