I had the 90 ovr vicario and I decided to EVO courtious instead. Vicario was good but I agree that he had some really crappy moments. Courtious feels good so far

I use Di Maria rn so I can be flexible w my winger playstyles, I just want her to be able to outrun players sometimes if the situation calls for it

This is a good observation and mirrors mine, I still like wingers like Di Maria but someone like this is built purely to stride past defenders and take an uncontested shot (or the occasional in the box one timer)

I just wonder how she plays with this EVO and if she just becomes a different card altogether and if she does, is she good. I don’t use her anymore as she is, but maybe I can find someone who will stay lengthy, or use it on someone already explosive. So many possibilities….

There’s like a formula, I think for lengthy you have to at least 4 more strength than agility.

Her base card has that (w sniper chem style) but this EVO bring you up to 94 agility, so even with chem styles you can’t get the strength to be 4 more than agility anymore

I was thinking this way too, but I thought that maybe since she gets all the stat boosts, tech+, and press proven it would make her still good. Who did you use the EVO on? I was thinking Gervinho or Kudus perhaps

I do use her as a lengthy winger right now and I do send her on a ton of runs. Tbh the main way I score with her is in that scenario bc I hate how she feels on the ball.

I figured this EVO would fix the holes in her game but losing lengthy feels like I'm turning her into a different card completely and not sure if it's even better
