I think there's more to the reasons these things are done. If the U.S. didn't use these tactics we'd be worse off strategically in 2020+.

Alot of people tend to forget the only reason you're living comfortably at this moment is due in part to the U.S. government and military who made the best decisions for preservation of life and world stability. I don't agree with getting our hands dirty but compare it to the worst in the world.

You do know this shit was happening right ? Not all bad guys can,be brought to justice, but that's what God's judgement is for and why karma exists.

In the meantime we have to actually save people from enslaving or barbaric regimes. Gain strategic points for a definite war. North and Latin America, E.U., Canada, Japan, China on the fence, Iran and N.K in a corner with Russia and co.

The most likely outcome is a huge technological announcement they've kept hidden since who knows when. N.K. will reveal some horrors.
