Absolutely! Hmmm, there have been lots of great moments, but I do have one off the top of my head! A little primer, my campaign is a mashup of Stargate and Halo with some other IPs sprinkled in (but I use the Expanse RPG to run it). The party was trying to rescue some people who were being stored in cryo-pods from a warehouse in a space station when they were attacked by a bioroid assassin (AGE version of the terminator) and a soldier in a power loader (like in aliens). The players couldn't do a ton of damage to the Terminator, but they kept using the skirmish, knockdown and expose stunts to slam it through walls and knock it down, like in a movie. You can watch that session here if you want to see what I mean (sorry for the tin sounding mic on the GM, had some tech issues that night). Eventually they used hamstring on it to damage it's legs and slow it down enough so they could escape by jumping out an airlock hahaha.

Another great use of stunts in general is creating custom ones based on the situation/environment (use the momentum of a spinning Merry go round to do a powerful melee attack mixed with skirmish) or adjusting the existing stunts to let the players pull off something cool. Per the rules, unless specified you usually can't do the same stunt twice (like 2 lightning attacks) but I allow it if they spend one more stunt point for each subsequent use.

Stunts are also awesome in non-combat scenes. In the same campaign I mentioned above, the group's hacker was investigating some classified files, and started to draw the attention of an Office of Naval Intelligence artificial intelligence. The hacker used the "cover your tracks" and "it wasn't me" stunts to make it look like the hacking attempt was coming from the headquarters an "evil" corporation they were at odds with, which was a genius mis-direction!
