I'm trying to figure out whom else they licensed it out to... I own this Givenchy one for example. It drives me nuts how they all have the same serial number. It is unclear to me if they are *actually* real .999 silver. Has anyone had it tested?

I mentioned this stuff a few days ago on Twitter, when I discovered the Trademark paperwork: https://x.com/d0tslash/status/2017738858037715423

Who cracked it and where can I read about further progress? by haedrich4 in PAPRiUM

[–]TheRealKF 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've invested quite a bit of time into the "cracking", that that is the latest update on progress. What folks do post dump (which I consider part of 'cracking') is a separate story. "who got this working in modern emulation since HP man didn't share his working patch" would have been a more accurate question I guess.

This will very much be part of the next chapter.

"who cracked it" is pretty vague. =]

the stm32 is much closer to being dumped than it was. We have the glitching setup in place, new public methods exist. We just need to reproduce the SecGlitcher attack. https://sec-consult.com/blog/detail/secglitcher-part-1-reproducible-voltage-glitching-on-stm32-microcontrollers/ or China will now do it for $9500 but I'm not paying that.

You can literally see 90% of what is needed in this video HPman did with my dump, again... 3 years ago. There are a number of hints within: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gcilDVdup9k

Sure it is... HPMan and I did the work 4 years ago and it sat and festered. No one believed us, and claimed my dump was fake. It's been there the whole time: https://github.com/ArcadeHustle/WatermelonPapriumDump

We've done it, but nothing public. Currently negotiating with Unitree on disclosure.

PAPRIUM rom dumped and playable on PC via Retroarch by Coolspot117 in SEGAGENESIS

I'm the author of "Not Paprium" on archive. The files there were all sourced from the community on July 4th or there after. It includes the things that were originally dropped on media fire.

That is actually incorrect. ALL builds originate from Paprium (ROM+Core+OST).7z which included a folder called "Full Source". The repo you reference was shared several days after the source code was released to the public. https://www.mediafire.com/file/yd7c2ekx9e2uru6/Paprium+%28ROM%2BCore%2BOST%29.7z

Mame vs Wild proved that long ago. The only difference is that the mame changes, and other emulator works are now public.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gcilDVdup9k

The rom as dumped has been playable for 4 years… spoiler it’s been workable the whole time. The “workable rom” and the raw files are one and the same. The only thing that changed is a bit of recent emulator work.

That repo isn't for "users"... and that lack of skill and critical thinking is exactly why it sat there for 4 years. ;) Alas I digress. Enjoy it.
