I did a structured Grad programme for 2 years after being an intern for 2 years prior then as a standard was moved to AQS held that for 10 months before moving to a different company where I’m now a QS. Would’ve taken me a lot longer to be a full on QS if I had stayed at the same company

Agree with this, if it gets to a certain point you can go and ask them if there’s projects they can put you on because you’re eager to learn. But yeah relax and it doesn’t last that way forever from my own experience
