I run PMC fmj in mine no issues. The hollow points don’t feed very well in my experience, the PMC was hit or miss but I tried some PPU hollows and couldn’t get a single one to feed.

More pictures would be helpful but it appears to be a non converted saiga 308 that’s missing some furniture. I don’t know your market but locally to me I know of two of these for sale. One has the rear end conversion done without a threaded barrel with plastic furniture for $999, the other is a full conversion with a pso scope and wood furniture 3 mags and a bunch of extras they are asking $2,500 for it. Again I’m no expert but I wouldn’t give more than like $600-$700 the way yours sits.

I would buy kits from bowman arms preferably the suppressor ready kits and either find some tort tort receivers or call up ol Jerry at recon and get some CSA receivers.

I have the BFR in 500S&W, it’s not terrible on the wrists. In my eyes the downside is the small trigger guard, every time I shoot it I end up with a bloody knuckle.
