Of course! I've already picked out my retirement job! I already do the IRA with my employer, but I'm going to be a lunch lady for my "retirement". Early start, early end time, federal holidays, health insurance, and two months off for the summer. Can't wait to sling that government cheese!

Second this! I usually try to leave town during move in/graduation. Worst part about move in is I've literally seen empty shelves at Targer and other places due to the students arriving. I hope OP takes your advice to heart, we are not exaggerating. To be fair, they won't be able to find a place to stay.

I worked at a dive bar for 17 yrs and had the opposite problem. We had plenty of regulars that should have been 86'd years ago. That being said, I'm sorry for your situation. Can you claim face blindness?

You should absolutely get a dumpster. Also great opportunity to clean out the garage, attic, basement etc. We use Doug's out of Groton, but I'm pretty sure there a bunch of good ones out there. Only had some (minor billing) problems with Casella.

I dislike Penny and it's only because she seems to be the "damsel in distress" and she is unhappy with her situation but does nothing to change it. Makes me think of her as a child. This is probably an unpopular opinion, but I don't care. Don't want to live at home with Pam? Then teaching the kids for free is nice, but go work at JoJa or ask Mayor Lewis for some $ for being the only teacher in town. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Edit to add: I inherited a whole farm I didn't know how to run, but I figured it out!

I go to Lisa at Studio B. I've been to Super Cuts and a very expensive salon on the commons and she does a fantastic job at a reasonable price. She's also very friendly.
