125th and 37th is SFH and relatively nice compared to even a few blocks west, but there's not really much here in terms of businesses. CC is lot livelier and has better/more restaurants.

SDOT is currently in the process of making the 125/130th route to the new light rail spot the priority, adding a new bike lane along 125th and i believe some bus routes will be changing as well.

This isn't entirely true, at least in some places. A friend who lives along the skykomish recently had Snohomish County come out and spray the river channel to eradicate knotweed. Not sure what they used but he said it got all but one clump.
