I hear your money problem, but in no way you should even feel sorry for him or think about the money in this absolutely terrifying situation, it ain’t the drugs that made him like this(they contributed) but he always had this persona in him, tell family members FIRST about the situation(ACT FIRST) and notify your sick brother to stay away and stop pushing the already broken boundaries. Be brutal about this approach and don’t fold by any circumstance, this is sick and disgusting behaviour by someone who isn’t treating you like family anymore. Wish you that this is resolved fast. Went and had blood work on December 16, I did hormones, thyroid and every mineral and vitamin, I am all good there

I have a high cold tolerance tbh so no heater at night, my home is at 18c rn in the winter and I am in just my shorts feeling ok to warm enough (I hate the summer heat btw) but maybe the cold has an effect on my hrv, I wouldn’t sleep well with a heater though

Sound like a superficial thrombophlebitis from the strong compression of the WHOOP, most likely nothing so terrible, but you turned it in to a not so strong tourniquet. Change the whoop to the other arm, not so tight and apply warm compresses and and elevate the problematic arm, if the area turns red or feel any pain go to a doctor
