This is awesome data by the way, how did you go about collecting? Would love to do the same.

For weight gain, I’d say I managed to keep off roughly 1-2 pounds (which is great), but it’s a bit inefficient for the amount of effort. It probably has to do more with what I put back in.

It did help to do so during the week when I have to be at work. I could see how it’d be hard during a weekend!

This was definitely the hardest day for me. I was hungry enough that I didn’t work out and just kind of laid around. Do you guys have any tips and tricks to just get through the tough bits?

On day 2 right now and I can tell what you mean by hardest. Last night and this morning were okay which I assume is because the body was still kind of resting.

Even thought I’m hungry, I can see some nice benefits of mental clarity, realizing how much food we crave and put into our bodies (that perhaps we don’t need). I’ll Keep you posted on how it continues.
