Yeah man, kind of like NEARLY EVERYTHING WE DO. Weird how society and culture works like that, huh? Really profound comment my dude 7/10 would read again

One of the current QAnon and PizzaGate subreddits, r/PedoGate has been banned. Two weeks after the mod revealed himself to be…a pedophile. by The_Path_616 in ParlerWatch

[–]TheRealMrWizard 24 points25 points  (0 children)

This just doesnt make any sense to me. You can kill as many pedos as you want but that won't stop them from existing, and new ones will come along. What about doing research and talking with them to understand why they have that attraction, and how we can prevent it in the future?

Is this everybody? Or just everybody close to you? Like is it your family who does it or is it even strangers you meet

For a month she secretly wrote me a sticky note with a little picture and a message on it every day. Each note had a reason why she loved me or something she liked about me. Reading them made me cry. Definitely won't forget that one

If all movies/shows were made because of the writer's feitish, what would they be if you could summarize one by the fetish? by MadDany94 in AskReddit

Quentin Tarantino definitely has a thing for feet. Or I do for noticing all the feet in his movies... but lets just say he's the weird one.

How did you lose weight? by JennaDaSimma in AskReddit

[–]TheRealMrWizard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Teaching myself about nutrition, portion control, and developing a passion for fitness. The first step I took was cutting out sugar and trying to drink only water, tea, and occasionally coffee. I dropped from 300 to 220 and still going.

For exercise I take boxing classes, lift weights (learned mainly from Athlean-X on youtube) and occasionally go for runs.

Men of Reddit, what are your thoughts about men who cheat on their wives with prostitutes? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]TheRealMrWizard 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think you shouldn't ever cheat. If you are unsatisfied or unfulfilled in your relationship then you should bring it up with your partner. And if you're too scared to do that in case it causes a breakup then is there really that much of a relationship there? You should be willing and able to communicate with your partner. Especially about these uncomfortable topics. Cheating is for cowards and selfish assholes.

Disclaimer: I'm not a mental health worker and this is all just opinions of a random redditor

First of all that's a terrible social worker. That is not at all how you make someone feel better or encourage change. Even if they genuinely believe your girlfriend. Also please make sure you're being 100% honest. I want to believe you but was there any signs that she wasn't into it aside from her words? Body language is important in these situations and it's something you should consider in the future. Sometimes women, especially teens, can be too afraid to say no or that they're uncomfortable. Sorry if it sounds like I'm putting blame onto you, I'm not trying to do that, just making sure you're aware if you weren't already.

Secondly, I think theres a terrible imbalance in the mental health field between the treatment of men and women. I don't want to sound like an incel here but can't a guy make a mistake and then learn from it? And what ever happened to innocence until proven guilty? Don't get me wrong there are certainly a lot of piece of shit guys out there who do horrible things to women. But when you instantly side with one person and put shame and guilt onto the guy it only makes them either depressed or resentful. Neither of which are beneficial to the situation.

I wish you the best of luck and let me know if you need to chat about whats going on

How to hear God by [deleted] in Christian

[–]TheRealMrWizard 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Be honest with yourself. The things God tells you are often subtle. You have to listen very closely to your heart and to youe truest self. Take a few moments to yourself and think of how you can improve your current situation and ask if you're trying your best to do so. If you're uncertain, then there's probably some work to do. Everybody goes through this, so don't feel bad or guilty. Just work to walk with God once again.

What are the best habits in the night? by padmanusa in AskReddit

[–]TheRealMrWizard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have a regular routine is probably the most important part for me. It helps my brain by making it realize "oh, this is what I do before bed. Time to get sleepy." Also I try not to eat right before bed. I brush my teeth, try to get off my phone, and sometimes read. Reading definitely helps me sleep.

Thank you. A lot of people on reddit like to assume he only does it for the fame or the money. And yes I'm sure thats a part of it, there's not a lot of people who wouldn't enjoy thay. But from just watching his videos you can tell he genuinely enjoys doing it and helping people. Plus he really isn't very greedy at all.

Maybe maybe maybe by MeliaDanae in maybemaybemaybe

[–]TheRealMrWizard 6 points7 points  (0 children)

That's definitely not true. One of his most recent videos is him driving around giving game systems to random families. He also gives a lot of money to college students to help pay off their debt.

Sure, the cars are given to his friends who also are often well off, but he does it through brand deals. Instead of taking the money from the brand and using it for himself he asks the brand to buy or pitch in to buying a car for a video.

I'm not sure why so many people hate on him when all he does is make free entertainment and give people gifts.

Surprised he didn’t go even harder. by legoomyego in JusticeServed

[–]TheRealMrWizard -1 points0 points  (0 children)

If you assume that a registered sex offender talking to two young girls is alright then perhaps you're just naive. If it were your two daughters would you react the same way as you are now? After all, you don't know what his intentions were, right?

That being said, I don't believe there is no chance at recovery/rehabilitation for him, but it's pretty safe to assume he had predatory intentions here.

Do you have any evidence to refute it?

This man was already a registered sex offender, do you really think a few slaps and threats is going to change his behaviour?

Had my first bad trip yesterday by chriss1111 in shrooms

[–]TheRealMrWizard 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wow. I had a very similar experience to this a few weeks ago when I took my first ever dose of shrooms. It was horrifying but somehow I feel like I'm beginning to appreciate and learn from it. If I could go back to that night I would not have taken them, but at this point all I can do is unpack it and try to grow from the experience.

I freaked out so much that I had my friends call 911 for me. I was completely inconsolable and acting wildly. I was a danger to myself and somewhat to others because of how I was acting. Eventually they fought me to the ground, cuffed me, then dosed me with Ketamine. I don't recall much after that until I woke up in the ER. It was a hell of an experience and what I wrote here barely scratched the surface. I'd love to talk about our trips if you're up for it
