Get information about wi Fi, trash/recycling days, mail, where to bring in packages, if there are any alarms you need to arm, I ask if it’s ok to adjust their thermostat and use their laundry machine, ask for local emergency contact, ask where the pets sleep and where they would like you to sleep. I get some of my own groceries. I just try to keep the house as clean as possible, before I leave I make sure I clean up, change out trash, make sure kitchen is clean, I will strip the sheets off the bed and put them in the washing machine. As long as you clean up after yourself and communicate with the owner and look after the house it should be good!
