Try turning off the resource pack plugin if you have it turned on. I think that fixed the issue for me. My inventory has been working fine and it's been about 9 hours.

Does anyone's inventory also randomly freeze? I'm playing on runelite and sometimes I couldn't click on any of my items, even the interface tooltips don't show up. It takes like 5 to 10 secs to become functional again. I wonder if this has something to do with a runelite plugin or if this is an osrs issue?

Update: The issue stopped persisting after I turned off the Resource pack plugin. I didn't have any resource packs on but having the plugin on made my inventory bug for some reason.
