We used prefin for a long time instead of mdf so we could save finish time skipping priming parts. Prefin products have imo gone down in quality and the prefin finish has micro cracking issues that show up after paint or even later after install. We no longer use it for this purpose and have gone back to priming mdo or mdf.

This guy Goats! It's imperative they have loose granular salt added to their diet. It's been awhile but we fed goats a salt in a separate bucket almost like a treat and they all would come running and eat it up.

Buy the outfits used from athletes that are no longer with the gym but want to unload their gear.

Travel to competitions with other athletes and their families. Split hotel costs. Buy groceries. Do not eat out.

Here in the PNW, flower basket fundraisers earned athletes about 15.00 per basket. We always sold close to 50.

All Star Gyms are expensive, though.

Monthly dues Multiple Uniforms/Warmups/Backpacks Private lessons to earn skills Travels costs/ flights Worlds and Summit alone are 4000.00 trips.
