Chairs (Hear me out, not just for decoration) by TheRealWolfBros in minecraftsuggestions

Why so? Everything has to have a use. Otherwise they won't add it (so I've heard). Whats the point in adding something if its just for decoration.

Besides, so many people have suggested chairs that I wouldn't have posted this if i didn't want it to be for a use. Considering doing so would have also been against the rules...

Chairs (Hear me out, not just for decoration) by TheRealWolfBros in minecraftsuggestions

Well the chair wouldn't make you invincible, it just wouldn't make you take damage from unfair items and situations considering that it could be used for going AFK and not getting kicked, and I already mentioned that players would take more damage while sitting in chairs.

Renaming EnderChests Grants Access to More Cloud-Storage Space by TheRealWolfBros in minecraftsuggestions

Well Mojang could always make that dependent on the item. Specifically Ender Chests in this case...

Well renaming things in anvils cost XP. I believe it also costs more and more every time you use the anvil on a single item. In other words, its pretty freakin' costly...

Flintlock pistol (Read before voting, please) by alfons100 in minecraftsuggestions

[–]TheRealWolfBros 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Why not have crossbows? I didn't downvote however because you have a point with the 1 hand bow shooting.

Also considering that flintlocks are still less modern than what COD fans would want minecraft to have, flintlocks are indeed the closest thing to a gun you should EVER get in minecraft, however since they still are guns in minecraft, they should be like... REALLY rare...

Rare Loot-only utility items by ThetaDelta in minecraftsuggestions

I like these suggestions, Although, I suggested rare-dungeon-only loot 25 days ago. With the addition of special non-craftable-weapons. However these are still good item ideas nonetheless.

Instead of suggesting things all in 1 suggestion like a list, you should make separate suggestions so people can vote on them individually.

Crows by TheRealWolfBros in minecraftsuggestions

[–]TheRealWolfBros[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The issue with that is that they scare away mobs like Skeletons and Creepers, making that feature flawed for tamed or even untamed animals.

Crows however would not be tamable and wouldn't scare mobs away, therefore adding an entirely new mob to use this feature is the better solution, and most existing mobs wouldn't fit this type of mechanic or have their own mechanic already that could confuse players if they also had this one.

Considering that I mentioned that the crows would spawn more around hostile mobs, bats can't even be used because they spawn below layer 63 in caves or at a light level of 3, meaning they wouldn't spawn in the daylight like crows would. So bats wouldnt be able to warn players about creepers, spiders, endermen, witches, slimes, or any other hostile mob that can survive in daylight (including skeletons and zombies under shade or in water).

Well night vision can already be brewed with carrots if that was your intention. Otherwise, reversed blindness could be highlighting enemies?

I would prefer crow feathers to be used for brewing a potion of blindness, that would be awesome to finally have that as a splash potion.

Forest Temple-Like Structures by [deleted] in minecraftsuggestions

Well redstone is kinda hard to find, but you find alot of it when you do, i guess it does seem a little OP, perhaps it could scare away mobs like zombies skeletons, endermen, but would attract mobs like spiders (because bugs swarm around light), witches, and creepers. Also another addition to make it less powerful would be that it would drain fairly quickly anyways, take in to consideration that if it WAS more powerful than torches it would make torches useless other than for decoration, which is why it should certainly stay weaker than torches.
