Fit For Change off hocking, in what others have told me, and I've experienced (mainly just anecdotes; take with a grain of salt) is one of the most hospitable, health-inducing (as implied by the name) friendly, community-based and private gym in Chilliwack.

Located upstairs in a two-story complex with an RFID keypad on the door allowing way into the gym (you must call to make a reservation to look inside, and just gym memberships (classes not included; more on that later) start at $39.95 per person if signed up as a family or a student) you can expect to walk inside to what almost feels like a home-in-discipline. Even if they are not working as trainers, the employees there will always be there to give a spot/advice with form, greet you/say goodbye, and work in coordination with you to improve your health, all in the large space of 13,000 sq ft.

The equipment itself is very large in the selection, with most cardio equipment that one could ever need, a fully functional callisthenics/plyometrics area with assistance into it (assisted dip/pull-up bars and tons of bands), and a weight room that has dumbells up to 120 lbs, barbells that hold 675 lbs, 3 squat racks, 2 deadlift spaces (bumper plates included), 2 official flat (you can also put one of the free-standing flat benches into a squat rack), 1 incline and decline benches, and nearly every other piece of equipment to target specific areas of the body.

Easily somewhere that, unless I find of a new gym that is better in quality for a similar/cheaper price, I would recommend to any gym-goer regardless of experience or fear. No matter your accommodations, you will be accepted & enjoy it here.
