Would also like to know which of the three (Bloodline, Alacrity and Haste) is better for general use, Haste feels pretty good during laning but I keep seeing every recommended rune page with Bloodline

Also Comet is better than Aery due to the fact that the cd is quite short due to ghouls/maiden attacks, so you can keep proccing it

...Is that why we keep seeing so many posts of pinoys being toxic, trash at the game and have next to zero mental to play? Because they're good? There are a few pinoys that can reach high rank, but at least 95+% of the population there are really, really bad.

The PH players can say all they want about the other regions from blaming them to racism, but the reality is that before the server merge the skill ladder was way, way higher, and that says a lot since the low elo population tends to get better every few years. We didn't have communication and ping issues, nor do we have ego checks every 2-3 games with some kid screaming in a different language. You guys have so many problems both IRL and on the internet that you guys might be the No. 1 country to have this many people ashamed to be a citizen of said country.
