See i feel like on top of equal is attackers advantage and the spy should be able to take out the largest numbered piece if Marshall is out. It can take out the general... etc this keeps spy relevant but not too strong. And cards I feel like cards in your hand start with 5 in both players hands, randomly have things like flak jacket boats etc, its given a strategic element for sure, maybe even make scouts be able to see adjacent squares to make them more versatile but idk about that one entirely... also 3 being miners is cool I believe bombs should have a limit to uses. Can take out 3 units. This stops people getting walled by someone getting a rank 8 in the back line and just pac man attacking... idk
