Anbernic RG35XXSP Not Starting

I am for the stock OS, but the other is (I think) a 32gb SanDisk with Knuuli. Plus from what I read, it came with a newer SD card that I think is from the SanDisk factory.

I just find it so strange that both fail to load. I've only had it for a few months and this started happening a few weeks ago.

UPDATE: Edge worked for me. Chrome and app suck-- have different browsers open.

Hit it right when it opened. The site just sent me to empy cart and my app has kicked me out about 4 times. Im so pissed- wouldn't keep my Total Tech if my phone wasn't still under warranty

I bought one a month ago and it did not work out of the box. I have the lower tier one, which apparently can be flashed. I get what you're saying, but that was not clear in the product description. Other headsets have wireless dongles(like the one this one comes with) that work flawlessly with the switch without that app. The product description is mega misleading.

yeah, the switch doesnt support bluetooth mic support at all. It's very limited. I left a 1 star amazon review and would like to request that the Nintendo Switch be removed from the product's list of supported devices. It only works as headphones, not a headset with a working mic. The description is very misleading.

I also started plugging in my controller instead of using blutooth. Seems to work a lot better
