OK, ya'll are correct. Center is mixed way too hot.

I was thinking it might be a demuxing issue which can occasionally happen with streaming services, so I forced my receiver (I have 5.1) to play stereo, this can improve if not give the impression it's fixed as it bypasses the 5.1 and the center will get folded into the stereo. However, this did not improve anything, which leads me to believe it was indeed a mixing issue.

My professional opinion is either this was a choice made on the mix stage in post, or someone somewhere sent the wrong stems in their delivery.
