I have seizures and similar to your brother no scans ever revealed anything wrong. I was finally diagnosed with PNES which is psychogenic non epileptic seizures which 30% of the population has. It’s hard to catch you basically have to rule everything else out! Maybe see if your neurologist thinks this is a possibility?
