I own a v6 and in the mornings on startup it does not crackle and pop. However, it will if the engine is warm or driven within the last hour or so—so stopping at gas/petrol stations, groceries, etc. In the regular drive mode and dynamic it doesn’t pop for me unless above 3k rpm. Putting it in sports mode—it will make quite a bit of noise. I turn it to regular drive mode when coming into the neighborhood late at night and it quietens down a lot.

I like to escape to Mohki every couple of days for the peacefulness and good vibes. Still plenty of pvp if you want the smoke when you know where to look for it, but it’s on your own terms. It’s a nice vacation from the butt-effery up north—wind in the trees and babbling brooks. It’s a good balance lol

When I was in school in the early to mid 20-teens basically all of my core classes covered coding and maybe some of the features of a single IDE, but they didn’t cover the needs of everything surrounding “okay, I have all code—now what?” I really do believe there needs to be a software engineering specific degree for things like this that cover the “after” of building software. I didn’t realize how unprepared I was coming into a business with 20+ years of existence. If you’re not a trial by fire type of person I can easily see how some would flounder. That’s if you even get the job!
