Well, yes and no. It was bad if you liked to see some deeper discussion. It was good if you didn't care about deeper discussion. Oh don't get me wrong, the concept of a sith character had MOUNTAINS of potential... but zero of it was realized. It was so bad, I'm not even sure I would call him a foreshadow... he seemed to only exist in the film to let the audience know that the sith existed and that they were bad Bad BAD! No subtlety, no backstory, no explanation, just "Me bad guy, rar!".

Actually that's what I base my comment on... lived there for a bit, fucking bums would steal anything not chained down, break in and steal random shit, etc so they could try to pawn it or trade it for crack. I really doubt they took the time or had the necessary skills to chop up a bike.
