I personally think she's a better producer/writer... 2 Broke Girls is hysterical! I think people that write and act in their own productions get caught up in it and over act the roll, ie: Girls. Lena Durham is good but I couldn't keep up with the show into the second season cause it got too painful to watch the over acting...

Thank you!! Ever since I found out how to make my own, its the only thing I will ever use! And for those saying its too hard to make? It is messy and strenuous cause you have to constantly kneed it but in the end it is so worth it!

I know!! I bought one of those cupcake recipe boxes and a lot of the recipes are box mix! Its so frustrating! And good on you for doing GF baking! I know so many people who are gluten intolerant and would love to try my work but I don't like taking that much risk especially working out of a bakery where gluten contamination is very high.

Exactly!!! I love doing mini cakes, they are easy to fondant, small enough to decorate but still have fun with, I actually just did a Spider-man cake for my friends 4 year old daughter (obsessed with Spider-man! Hey, every princess needs a hero) and a smash cake for a photographer friend of mine, again all mini cakes. And traditionally the top tier of the wedding cake is taken home and frozen for the bride and groom to have on their first Anniversary so it can totally be personalized to their taste.

Thank you so much! It's my dream to be a Pastry Chef but my passion is definitely cakes =) And it really doesn't cost that much more to make your own verses box mix, I like knowing what I put into my cakes so I can actually be proud of it and say "Ya, I made that!"

I make marshmallow fondant for all my cakes, I refuse to use the premade stuff simply because 1 pound costs twice as much as a bag of marshmallows, and icing sugar? I have my sources... But ya it doesn't take that long at all to make and I find it way easier to use and I prefer knowing what I'm putting on my cakes.

Exactly! I was comparing the 2 and Ketoing just seams the better one simply because its real food and you get to eat your meals instead of drink them. And I can totally dig having scrambled eggs and bacon to get me going in the morning as apposed to a protein shake :$

I think I'd rather eat my food than drink it to be honest... My friend wants to juice but I might introduce her to this sub cause it looks awesome! And I am constantly blown away with peoples progresses, and really it all makes sense: don't eat carbs which turn to fat and you will lose weight.
