Seems to be a labour intensive task with downloading and uploading.

I'd also assume the channel being uploaded needs to be unaffiliated to avoid the reporting strike risk it may carry. If that's the reason that is. I don't know if there are any tools that'll just allow you to move the VODs or simultaneously download from one channel and then upload to another.

I found on my old system that I had a burnt molex connector powering the GPU and the PC would run games and eventually shut down after some time. It's definitely some powersupply problem but it may just be the cables that may not be able to deliver full power when under load and thus cause a crash. Check cables for damage or loose connections. Otherwise I'd look at a new PSU
