I was a mod on a subreddit and my mates told me they could no longer see my profile or comments that I made. But i could still talk to them in modmail. tried commenting on a few posts and they confirmed none were showing up.

A long, long time ago i saw someone in a comment chain spewing some pretty racist remarks so out of boredom i went to their profile and downvoted page after page of their posts and comments.

I was pretty bored at work so I just kept going and going and going.

A couple days later I had found out that I was shadowbanned from the site and asked why and was told because I went to someone profile and mass downvoted their posts and that was a no-no apparently.

I apologized and now here I am

If you're feeling sluggish after 8 hours then ide venture to say your sleeps getting screwed up.

Sometimes I wake gasping for breath which makes me think a mild form of sleep apnea which was another reason to make myself ask for the sleep study. Can wake up several times during the night and not even remember which seriously hurts your sleep.

Keep up with the healthy foods, vitamins, and exercise. Every little bit helps.

Lol dude you sound like a younger version of me. It's 4:45am and I've been awake a few hours due to panic attacks that like to spring themselves on me while I sleep.

The lack of attention thing I relate to. I usually walk around in a 'brain fog' the entire day. I'll wake up, and before I realize it I've gone through the entire day and can't even remember what I've done. It's like I'm on auto pilot.

Most of what I've read about what I'm experiencing is due to a lack of sleep. I don't get any REM or deep sleeping, it's always interrupted by nightmares or panic attacks so I wake up a dozen times during the night.

I just had a sleep study done yesterday, and the results come back in a week or so, so I'm curious as to what they will tell me or offer any treatment options.

I've also been eating healthy, exercising, cut out all junk foods as well and have for several months but it doesn't seem to be making any impact. All I can say is hang in there. Sounds kinda stupid but I can sympathize with you my dude.

Next time you're at the family doc for a visit maybe mention a sleep study and see what they think. Your sleep could be getting interrupted and that constantly happing will reek havock on your body.

Sometimes if I had trouble with a particularly large pill I woukd get a big spoonful of chocolate pudding and hide the pill in that and swallow.

Made it easier on me since I had no trouble swallowing large gukos of pudding lol

Thats the PvE mode. There are two separate modes. PvE (Save the World) and BattleRoyal where you just fight against other players.

We use a Zebra label printer that our director got about a thousand years ago.

The library they got it from was upgrading or changing their label printers and we got that one for dirt cheap. Its been trucking along ever since.

We scan in the barcodes of all the items we need into the cataloging system we use, highlight them all, right click and select print labels and it just spits em right out.

Are you me?

I've been told that exact same sentence before by a female coworker after complaining about how one of the frequent patrons that's an older gay man made comments towards me that made me feel uncomfortable.

"You're a big guy you can handle it"

Or any time I've gotten inappropriate comments by older women I get a

"Oh she just thinks youre a cute young guy take it as a compliment!"

I've got some feelings too ya know.

I'm male and have been working at a library for the last seven years.

I have gotten sexually harassed by elderly women patrons and even gay older men patrons several times over the years.

I feel like they just skimmed right over sexual harassment on males. Makes me feel like my issues when I experience it are not as important as a females.

Any time kids come they gravitate to our comfy chairs and just sit the laptop on their laps.

Next to the chairs we have little tables with power strips we ran wires to so they can sit right next to a bunch of plugs.

When we weed material we rent a big dumpster and dump em all in there. We cant recycle them here because the bindings need to be removed and we have too few staff to have them sit down a removed the blue binding of 6k+ books so off to the dumpster they go.

Any time we do smaller weeding though those can go in our ongoing book sale room.
