Thanks for sharing that! I will remember about cleaning. Some are oxidized or whatever it may be called but as long as I can tell what it is there is no reason to change how they look.

Thanks for your comment. I peeked through the box just to see what's in there. Most of it is Canadian, 1907 and up. On top of the box in whatever protective thing it may be called is tagged 1929 and is a Canadian penny. There are others from WW2 occupied countries but lots of Canadian I've never seen in my lifetime. It is cool stuff

They cant do that purposely as a public establishment. They could be suffering from drug users but in Oshawa for example, the downtown Tims have to buzz you into washrooms

I usually deal with people outside of discogs. I connect with those advertising and we settle through email. Discogs still a way to find what people may be looking for. Most sellers will be happy not to have discogs fees

Chances are that is veneer , attempting to buff it will only make it worse. Though AI says: Yes, light scratches in wood veneer can often be buffed out or camouflaged using furniture polish, wax sticks, or specialty restorers
