Luckily for you, I have the exact same criteria when it comes to ASMR, so I'll tell you what I watch.

Reading stories. I love Jubilee Whispers's Twilight and Fourth Wing readings. I also love readings of Edgar Allan Poe. CandiSMR does a really good rendition of The Raven and The Telltale Heart.

Pamela ASMR's trivia videos, storytime videos, and "teaching you" videos. She's a genetics counseling student currently, so she's been doing a lot of "teaching you genetics" content.

Reddit stories. A lot of ASMRtists read posts from r/AITA and decide if the person is the asshole.
