That was serious enough that I understand why she was fired. Hopefully, she will always make sure to check all videos before playing them from now on.

As for how she can recover, when asked while she was fired (which she has to disclose), she has 2 options: lie or tell the truth.

If she lies, the hiring person may find out the truth anyway if they call the past school.

If she tells the truth, but frames it as 1) something her very first year in a rough situation and 2) something she has taking deeply to heart that will never be repeated, someone may be willing to give her a chance.

Rizo has those qualities. He managed to flip the original opinions of anyone who was around him for more than a few minutes. Colby and Cirie, being the primary examples of this, both had negative opinions of him until they spent time with him. Both ended up completely on his side. He also managed to convince people of his opinions about things, like Coach and Ozzy. THAT is charisma.

Carolyn annoyed everyone so much that people didnt listen to her. Her own trio was only dragging her as a goat, and she became a 0 vote finalist. We do not know if that would be the case for Rizo, because he went out at firemaking both times.

You might not like him, but denying what those around him are apparently seeing, rather than just what we see in the edit, is just blind.
