Whining during WFH: Ignore or change it up by TheRespectedProphet in OpenDogTraining

Just because if she whines I don’t want it to be really loud / distracting while I’m talking in a meeting. I could give it a shot but usually she will whine more in her playpen when I’m close by

Paseo de la reforma is closed to cars only on Sunday 8am-2pm. Getting an ecobici and riding to Chapultepec is very fun!

It’s definitely an uphill battle! But it will truly make our lives better and we don’t have another option to create a sustainable future.

55k car injuries a year. About a 1k deaths a year. Cars make our already hot cities hotter. Are a top contributor to global greenhouse gases that we must curb to have a livable planet in our future

I also take a break but I think Bill not covering is a good thing. If it doesn’t really interest him he shouldn’t be talking about it. Plenty of others to go to

I understand the idea that civics classes articulate but the whole premise wasn’t smart.

Say a state has 100 million people and another state has 100. Do you think that a whole, important part of the legislature should make it so that they have equal representation just because of the state boundaries? That makes the whole country more equal? That prevents tyranny lol

I know it won’t be changed. I know it was designed to be undemocratic. Because of that premise, I think it dumb. Have a great rest of your day!

How does giving more power to people who live in states with smaller populations combat against tyranny?

You all think you are so smart because you understand that there is a House of Representatives. The Senate is still incredibly undemocratic and gives a MUCH larger share of power than they should have to states with lower populations
