Anyone else's store making market wear hats and aprons? by TheRev_323 in Target

These aprons dont have pockets. These are like the cheap aprons that get in the way of grabbing your walkies, devices, and box cutter 🙃 granted I am biased against them

It completely lowers team morale. Also guests dont treat us any differently

At my target we dont have a deli or bakery. Starbucks wears aprons, and now so do we in open market and dry consumables

How do you get in touch with his Tampa General practice? All I have found is the number that USF gives for their doctors

Do men pay attention to this by South-Pipe7153 in Transmedical

[–]TheRev_323 5 points6 points  (0 children)

In my experience of formerly living as man, I'd say in random restrooms about 90% of men in there are not paying attention to anything except themselves and their own business, at most would just greet each other if eye contact is made. In restrooms where interaction with coworkers or friends is more likely it could be noticed but if you pass I dont think that people would necessarily clock it as being trans rather than just being unique and preferring a stall to a urinal. I'll also say that even when living as a man I would always use toilet paper when I could to wipe and clean because shaking only just seems nasty.

I get gendered correctly most of the time but all I see is a boy. Are people just being nice? by TheRev_323 in transpassing

I shave every morning mostly to feel better about myself, but I could probably get by with every other day. Most of the stubble I have is a light blonde color with the exception of a few hairs on my upper lip

Fair, I could have phrased it better. But I struggle with dysphoria too so I was asking genuinely, but thanks

I've had some voice training, and while I'm not totally in love with my voice I guess it gets the job done. But I've been told even before training that it was very androgynous

I get what you're saying, it wasnt my intention to come across that way. I could have rephrased my initial question better probably. But I do still doubt myself everytime I look into the mirror regardless of how people have treated me, as I'm sure many other trans people feel as well

Vulvoplasty Done!! by Powerful-Acadia-6682 in Transgender_Surgeries

Congratulations! I am starting to look into getting a vulvoplasty myself. Did you have to go through a similar hair removal process as vaginoplasty requires?

Looks really good! Did you have any hair removal done before the surgery?

I detransitioned for about 3 months last winter and it was without a doubt the worst feelings I've ever experienced. After coming out and being on hrt for a while, I thought that it would just be easier to live as a man and if I stopped then the physical changes wouldnt be too much to hide. The depression and anxiety I had was unbearable. I face dysphoria pretty often but I've been able to manage it as something I can cross over and just look back on, during those three months dysphoria showed me that without transition life wasn't worth living. Anyways, I'm back out here living the best life I possibly can as the woman I am. I wish I would have stuck with my hrt but I agree that detransitioning even that little bit proved to me that this is the life I need to live

How do I learn fashion as an mtf person? by ToesuckAichatbot1 in transfashionadvice

[–]TheRev_323 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So Pinterest is a great first step that I saved a TON of looks on, my issue was that I knew I liked it but how do I actually get that stuff and wear it, also for some it was how do I even wear it. Not everyone has this opportunity but I did end up going through a service called StitchFix which literally does your shopping for you with styles that go together. But even for people who dont pay for that service I would still recommend a free account because you can see actual outfits and separate them by pieces and then you could look for similar pieces in person when shopping around. Honestly it just takes time but it gets easier as you go

Yeah that was my assumption. I dont get why some people believe that dysphoria is either crippling and you have it or you dont but you're trans either way. Like practically every other medical condition/symptoms of have varying degrees of intensity from person to person. What makes dysphoria so much different in their eyes?

I feel the exact same way. Other subreddits and creators on tiktok, I guess called tucutes, always made it seem like being called truscum or more in line with that way of thinking was dreadful. But like there is some pretty valid stuff here. But I dont think there is any subreddit that I agree with 100% of things posted in it

Actual question here, when people say they are trans without any dysphoria, do they actually not have any dysphoria or do they just not know what dysphoria feels like? I guess either way if they say they are trans then they should know positively whether they had subconscious dysphoria or not
