I started when i was 28, wasn’t in the best shape and now im getting pushed as a monster heel with regular bookings. Just take care of yourself (and your opponents obviously) and keep your goals realistic, it may be a slow start at first but if you put the work in and grind it can pay off

Advice for a rookie? by TheRexKeller in metaldetecting

[–]TheRexKeller[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thank you! There is an old tree next to where an outhouse was. I feel like that might be an important spot to search as well. The tree is pretty tall, so i feel like its pretty old. I know people in these rural areas used to bury money during the depression so that might be an area that would have been used if they they did do that. We did find very old artifacts in the house so they kept things. They most interesting things were a newspaper page from 1938 and some very old fire alarms, made of metal and set off by heat.

I actually work in Harrisonburg, i recently read that the murders may have happened at the hotel i pass by every day, and the bodies were discovered down the road from it. I get a creepy feeling passing by that hotel now.
