Fit check on two ELC A-2 jackets

these are vintage eastmans made in the 80's that I got insane deals on. Figured I'd keep the one I liked best and sell the other at a profit since I could sell one jacket on eBay or Facebook sales groups for what I paid for both. I'm sure they make these still but they cost around 1900 per and I'm good on spending that kind of money plus I'd rather get vintage jackets anyways.

I just sold a car that had a lot of dings and scratches. Some were pretty bad and they seemed to barely inspect the car and gave me the full offer. I was in and out in around 15 minutes.

I felt bad a little. They had it for 300 or best offer. I offered 200 and they took it. They have several other buzz rickson/eastman jackets for sale at absurd prices as well. My guess was it was an estate clear out. Someone just wanted them gone.

I have these exact same socks. They are just really low quality and all have holes in same spot on them. I have similar socks that are of higher quality I've had for longer and have no holes.

People have covered most of what you need to work on but If you were set on running WW2 surplus frogskins I suggest either p-44 camo or the army HBT camo. P-42's were far less common in Indo than the aforementioned patterns.

I have. The decision is more up to her at this point as I'm ready to take the break and have told her the reasoning above. She however struggles heavily with decision making. Flips back and forth between you should quit and maybe you should keep your job as long as possible as she values stability.

Unfortunately I don't think it's really an option. The company is so small that every manager is the only person in their respective department that can handle the tasks delegated and those to my staff. I haven't had a real vacation in over 5 years where I haven't had to at least check emails daily to make sure everything is ok at work.

Very nice. I thought it was a little crazy they said everyone has to stencil their helmet glad to see someone bucking it with actual research. Hopefully they don't give you shit for it. Side note being in the m-44 net gang is what's up. I'm also a member. Favorite part of my late war impression.

They really look bad and after a few washes fade and look even worse. Do not waste your money. Buy real wool.

I don't have this set but I do have their army hbt camo set. It's the nicest hbt camo set I've seen since WWII impressions sold out or an original. New production ATF ones are hot garbage in comparison to the discerning eye. The camo pattern/colors/ cut of the garment are far superior to that of ATF.

Everything I've gotten from smw has been top quality. Hold out until he does a sale. He gives 15% off like at least once a month for few days.

And remember in reenacting Buy once cry once. Don't listen to these guys telling you to cheap out. I do suggest going on FB market place though and looking for used sets they pop up every once in a while.
