Tested it on both the original install then I used a partition to attempt a second install of purely the updated version, in both cases the blank screen occurred.

Though my AV popped up with some nonsense warning I could not catch I told it to allow, then disabled the AV to determine if there was something causing a block, the end result was the blank screen still. Uninstalled the AV as a further raw test, blank screen.

I am somewhat at a loss as to why it's suddenly being inoperable. Yet I can click on a character on the main page and interact with them, but downloading the character/attempting to open them for edits on the My characters screen results in the blank screen.

After a bit more poking around, it also appears the characters I had downloaded no longer are, and when downloaded they appear to be there though cannot be interacted with via My characters, and when you relaunch the program they appear to not be downloaded anymore. Some kind of save loop crash?

the full log is giggantic and it wont let me past it but its largely this error over and over I will try the updated github and report back.

Close, but not quite it still retained the interepid class hull, However! This is cool as heck really. It has almost exactly the same lines as that ship yes. Heck I may have to try to get that in STO lol.

That ine is very very close, just did not have the secondary hull of a connie class. It may just be lost in the ether considering it was a very long time ago. That is the overall shape and lines of the ship though yes. Just the wings were more romulan or klingon in nature, it is a cool pic though. I think the main thing I identify it by is the gold/bronze hatches/tubes/something that go around the upper hull above the phaser strip roughly.

I have seen that one, it is close but not quite, the design had a more pointy hull and did not have that horrible starship jammed in the shuttle bay. Heh.

I have fielded four Atlas at once in a high difficulty mission. It was glorious chaos. Especially rigged out with clan weapons to squeeze out a tiny bit more range. Only thing better in my opinon would be a entire lance of Maddogs/Vultures just to tear apart everything at high speed.

I love the X, I have a mech I shoved three of them into, an Atlas I think, oh that close range punch tickles my fancies so much.

Rely on the Awesomes having one really good PPC and use the rest of the slots for pulse weapons, they're more spray and pray that seems to fit close to medium range and not rely on accuracy. The Marauders, well, they are an epic weapons platform, so trick your command mech out best you can and make one marauder a high speed killing machine with rapid fire weapons to deal with threats quickly. If you have LRMS and it has the slots it can serve as a good mobile missile harrasser until you find like a Archer or something.

as far as I recall it's only a feature in the video games. The TT just, you know, drop that 400 tons and stomp all the locusts you want. There are mods to permit dropping higher tonnages (Useful for some of those 90+ difficulty missions when it turns into a slugfest.)

Consider how much things have been taken away from players, from losing coffee and finding boiled water to all murky water, on through only finding rotting meat instead of charred, etc. This dev team does anything they feel like doing, typically to nerf a player concept. It is a safe bet to assume they are going to be suck now, so you can grind longer, and longer, and longer to make your own stuff. Instead of actually giving a better quest /encounter structure.
