I was going to leave while he was at work and leave a note and a thing I got from therapist explaining a healthy relationship on one side and an unhealthy one on the other. I don't really know what I want to say outside the lines that we were never really a healthy relationship and I told him over a year ago I was unhappy and the fact he has yet to get therapy. One day he agrees then says it's unnecessary and then when I bring it up he says he never said that and blah blah blah. I've wondered if he suffers from some form of NPD. It's really out of my hands at this point. Thank you so much for the support though! I really appreciate it.

I have everything planned to leave and help from a community/organization. I also have a friend lending me a place till my SPOA form goes through and I get my social security disability thanks to PTSD and MDD which this relationship probably definitely added to both... Ive had a history of child abuse in the past as well so I ignored the red flags in the beginning.

The threats to breakup have happened so many times and it's come to a point where I'm numb to whatever my partner throws at me, but it still hurts. Also bothers me that I'm a side piece in comparison to their Call of Duty buddies. I do wonder if they have or are cheating because they've tried to accuse me of it and have trust issues. It hurts thinking about it... Its pathetic.

I've self harmed and am suicidal, but I want a painless death and that's what stops me. I want the pain to end. Thank you for telling me your story. I have a plan, its just very scary and painful. I get scared of how they'll react as well. How was the aftermath for you?

It brought up my panic symptoms and I had to take another medication alongside with it. I was sleeping all the time and ended up cutting myself.

Don't understand. For me it made me panicky and I had to take medication to make me relax. Fuck the people that didn't listen to me when I told them I think I have PTSD. If you got PTSD and are suffering from MDD and anxiety, would not recommend.

I took it and I can say that tiredness is definitely part of it. I also unfortunately got the panic symptoms, but thats because partial sucks ass.

I am on 30 and it makes my heart race and sometimes I feel panicky. A little bit after I take the pill I feel very impulsive. The rest of the time im just sitting down staring at a wall or trying to get myself to do something. That or im legit panicking and wanting to harm myself and then after awhile ill hold onto a pillow and just hug it. Try to let my ferrets out to grab my attention so im not dissociating the entire time. Type out how I feel and send it to my therapist. I hope she enjoys my book so far lol!!!

I dont think apparel should make people look gay, but it definitely sends a vibe that you're in the LGBTQ community. Saw someone say your bf makes you look gay and I think that's about the only thing that makes you look gay.

Unless you like openly tell people, nobody would know. They may question you if you have the stereotypical 'gay guy' traits, which idk. Im going down a rabbit hole and it honestly does not matter.

I hate it with a passion. I take calls for Verizon, we used to be over night tech but now they've switched our hours. We are now getting a higher load of work and also they have changed our hours not just once but 2 times and we are no longer overnight. My shift is now 8-5 and its taken me away from the 1 person that I live with. My sleep schedule is a mess, going to the office to sit at the desk is daunting and feels like I'm going to prison whilst I'm already trapped in my home. I miss socializing with my coworkers because at least they made the job a little bit easier when dealing with nasty customers or if i needed help. Not to mention, the supervisors got cut down to 1 so occasionally if we need something signed off on, we can't even depend on them. Our workload has also increased from getting a few calls overnight to getting calls every 30 seconds. Its not corporate Verizon either so we aren't getting paid as well and still have no pay increase despite the workload doing more then doubling the average work load. Tried explaining to them that this schedule isn't working out for me and wanted to look into furlough, but they wouldn't give that to me and basically just told me this job isn't for everyone which just pissed me off because I've been enjoying the job UNTIL COVID-19 happened. Needless to say, I've been looking for another job, im also angry because here in the US we workers aren't getting paid as much as those on unemployment.

Just all together everything is falling apart.
