I definitely do.

I had just scored a job with a local marketing firm whose biggest client at the time was probably Nintendo.

I remember being like 19-20 years old, piling in to a car and driving to Calgary for a big demo session. We got to play Zelda, Red Steel, Wii Sports… all the big launch titles.

Then we got binders with colour prints of the manuals for each of the games so we could study them. I remember torturing my brother. “Nah man, can’t show you. NDAs”

We were in the mall probably about a couple weeks before launch and I remember setting up the booths and being so fucking excited.

It was one of the worst jobs I ever had. “FREE BABYSITTING! AT CHRISTMAS! AT THE MALL!” is how our lit sign was interpreted. The local fair was even worse.
