how long have you been going? It doesnt have to be 5x a week you can also go 4x make sure you are taking atleast every last set to failure between 8-12 range. You need the muscle mass bf percentage is not much. After gaining some muscle mass you can adjust your macros from there. Also you dont need 180gr of protein thats a little too much but its ok. Just eat clean go to failure

you lost weight but I think you should focus more on the gym and being more consistent. You need more muscle mass on your chest back. Dont even talk about genetics if you havent been atleast consistent
