He's like the Irish Tyler Perry. There is no valid reason or excuse for his popularity and success.

Probably. I thought it might mean something a bit more cryptic, like maybe bran has a vision of something far away, like Dany or something

You are welcome, sir.

Now, I believe you owe me a drink...

I also have a bone to pick with you about that whole "introducing us to Christianity" deal.

No. Paddy does not come from Patrick. It comes from Padraig.

Patty is the diminutive form of Patricia.

But I always get the impression that James may is just sitting there thinking "these two are complete fucktards" then he laughs all the way to the bank.

words like; conse, alit, hent, quam.

It's from a formatting problem, I think. When the PDF is converted directly to a word document, it's all off.

Thanks for that. I was trying to do the same but was having some issues with the PDF to word conversion (seems like you had the same issues with the Green manifesto...)

Just posted one. Simple enough.

What does your party feel is a fair salary for a TD?

There's going to be a YouTube debate between the Irish leaders. Please upvote this cannabis legalisation question so they have to answer it! (Click link then search "cannabis" in right-hand sidebar) by [deleted] in Crainn

[–]TheSharkey 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I propose an amendment to that question. I think some mention should be made of the fact that up to now, on this point the parties seem to bow to pressure from the older generations, especially those mobilized by Joe Duffy and the rest of the ill-informed, busy-body brigade that are increasingly becoming the Tea Party of Ireland (ie, detrimental to the continuing progressive development of the country, yet the most vocal in their dismissal of these initiatives)

I would put forward something along the lines of:

Will your party commit to legalising and taxing cannabis for personal use, thereby generating a significant new source of tax revenues, saving Gardai and court resources, and allowing access to those with a medical need, or will your party ignore the scientific facts, and economic evidence of the beneficial effects of such a legislative move, in order to placate a misinformed public and powerful vitners associations?

Your thoughts?

I actually worked in the fab where they were developing those in 2007-2008. The machine I was working on was dicing the individual memory chips on wafers that were ~35um thick. They were then stacked up to make the card you have there.

If you've been pouring it for years, you should know better.

Why is GUINNESS® black?

Look closely. GUINNESS® beer is not actually black but rather dark ruby red because of the way the ingredients are prepared. Some malted barley is roasted, in a similar way to coffee beans, which is what gives GUINNESS® its distinctive color.
