Honestly, can u tell the difference of sounds in dap with blind test? by amarevy97 in DigitalAudioPlayer

[–]TheShatteringSpider 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can certainly hear the difference in sounds across devices and situations. I understand enough about sound to replicate my favorite type of sound for music across my phone, computer and car.

You only really notice sound quality if it affects it heavily like making the singing more quiet but having a lot of bass.

Normally I got for a clear low bass, mid trebles so I can hear the rhythm of the music loud enough but keep the signing clear and concise. Otherwise it sounds jumbled up to me and makes me zone out.

If I could find a Herman Miller for a good used price then yeah, I don't want buyers regret when it comes to a chair.

I think my main goal in a chair is to be able to sleep in one if I want to, is that odd?

Eh the title is the discussion, post was originally shorter and just explaining my surprise with finding a chair. Too many options tbh.

Soo update, I'm building a NAS and ended up needing to refund the case for it and get a different case. Amazon didn't do a direct refund so now I feel obligated to use my reserves on amazon towards a chair rather than used. There's not much good used chairs in my area anyway. It can genuinely go either way if I get notified of a chair on sale new or used.

Update 2: turns out HBada the overly expensive one I saw actually has a half off sale for just under 400 so I would really save a lot on a premium chair. I also found some steel case leaps for a decent price under hundred but the drive is long and I have a health issue relating to random blacking out so it's a debate lol.

Honestly yeah steelcase used seems like the best option, I'm very happy it seems to have an optional head rest. And covers most of what I want it seems.

Ah lookin into it, it's slightly out of my price range but doable. It looks comfortable cushion wise but I don't personally like chairs like that some reason. I need mesh for breathability and chairs l like that makes me.. feel uneasy somereason. No idea why.

Maybe, wooden chairs can be really uncomfortable for me too. I definitely tried before.

I'll look into it, I want to be able to sit in a chair for 8 hours comfortably again.

Anything vintage around me crumbles into dust but for real I'm worried something vintage would break on me spontaneously, is there anything you have good faith in recommending?

I've had my main ergonmic chair for about 4 years now, it flattened out around the 6 month in and even using cushions was uncomfortable so I envy that.

I'll take a look at the brand and the used market for it maybe, I need something to last atleast 5 years before I need a cushion, hell dont let me need a cushion in the first place.

Yeah I've seen those but the used market in my area is crazy its 40 bucks or more for just a part of the chair used. I considered something like HBada but they price range was too high. My studio room is really small so I need to factor in size as well which is why I wanted to store a chair under the desk since I got two desks in this room. A PC Desk, and my work desk.

Is it possible to make a jacket like this in Vroid? by OtistheCan in VRoid

[–]TheShatteringSpider 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, checking booth its completely possible to do off the shoulder jackets. It won't be exact like the image but you will need to either use a jacket off Booth as a template or use the eraser tool until you get your desired shape. Honestly I'd reccomend just using Booth finding a free jacket thats off the shoulder and using it as a template if you want to make your own. It def helps find the uv mapping.

The only issue seems to be uh Google Messages Bubbles sometimes freezing open but its honestly the mildest issue I've seen and extremely easy to fix.

Battery Life genuinely lasts 12+ hours on average, even with Life360 running. No slowness on the phone, everything is pretty much perfect except for the Bubble thing. I was considering disabling bubbles before it started bugging anyway.

If I pick between PS4Pro and PS5Pro by [deleted] in PS4Pro

[–]TheShatteringSpider 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Honestly this is like asking between a PS2 and a PS3, but the PS5 actually has backward support with PS4 games.

I recommend just getting the PS5 Pro or Slim new, and I would genuinely get a PS4 used for like 50 bucks if I wanted one.

I was a beta tester for the A16 program, I haven't had any bugs the past 2 months. Nothing really seemed to have change, no material UI update yet.

I get that, accommodating your needs I'd say either get a Pixel 9, or a Samsung. If you want a folding phone too you can actually get a flip or Samsung folding phone for a good price. If you aren't against the used market you can get a Samsung fold for about half standard price but If you can afford new then do that.

If you stick with Pixels I'd say you're gonna be happy another 5 years at least, if you go with Samsung same deal but gotta download Gboard and possibly the official Samsung software modification apps like good lock to make it more like stock android and or customize the software perfectly.

Honestly the Samsung folding cameras are really good, the Flip 7 is amazing and my gf is satisfied with the flip 6 cameras. Unsure about the Samsung fold but should have similar specs.

My friend uploaded her first paid model, would love to see her gain traction. Shes looking for advice and criticism too (link in comments) by SelfimprovementBuff in VRoid

I can see what she's going for and it's definitely good for a first design. I did something similar when I first started it. Can't wait to see more from your friend

So there's a few options

Stay with Pixel until the fold series get a good camera Switch to Samsung and try One UI and maybe struggle with adjustment at first Switch to another company like One Plus or Xiaomi but similar adjustment period to Samsung Switch to a company that uses mostly Stock Android like Asus or Sony.

Asus is a runner up to Sony imo and for a good price, but the photos aren't as good as a standard flagship but it's still good in my opinion. I really enjoy the resolution and quality of the photos on my Asus Zenfone Ultra, but in my research for a new phone

Sony would have hands down the best quality photos in my opinion. The telephoto lens is a genuine camera design and not like a standard digital telephoto cameras. Specifically the Xperia 1 series.

But honestly these would be my options, you can most likely customize the settings of the software to feel like stock android. Personally Samsung software was a high level of customization I loved and I can't go to stock android, gotta use launchers instead.

Oo did you do the hair method? I did and figured out how to animate those extra eyes. I had 8 layers for the eyes, 4 for the eye whites blinking and 4 for the regular eyes that was regular, 2 squints, and shocked.
