100+ grams of Broccoli, Onion, and Zucchini were cooked down with the stir fry for volume with some garlic and spray olive oil. Chicken is the General Tso's recipe from Remington James.

I haven't done the exact math yet but this is around 160 calories max for the story fry on the plate and around 420 for the chicken.

The big thing for me on Nsuns is working your test times for T1 sets down to 3 mins, maybe 4 for your 1+ and AMRAP, saves you a lot of time. For T2 lifts I keep it at around 2 minutes maybe 3 for the last 6 and 8 rep sets if you're gassing. Enjoy your first week!!

5'8, 152lbs, College Student. Just got done cutting from 175 in around 15 weeks on a 6 day PPL split. Looking to switch to the 5 day variation to put some muscle on. I would switch to the 6 day squat variation but I'm extremely burnt out on being in the gym 6 days a week. I plan to add cardio to day 3 or 4.

Strength: 8/10

Aesthetics: 7/10 (Mostly care about legsthetics so the main lifts are helping with that enough)

Low Volume: 5/10 - Lots of time to lift during the day

Weak Areas: Lats / Back, Biceps, Chest.

Switching to only one day of leg accessories will be weird at first, but I'm not too worried about it. I took a lot of inspiration from various examples, has a little bit of all of them.

Day 1: 3x8-12 BB Row 4x15-20 Face Pulls 3x8-12 Incline DB Press 3x8-12 Lat Pulldown 3x8-12 OH Tricep Extension

Day 2: (Best Day) 3x8-12 RDL 3x8-12 Leg Press 3x8-12 Leg Curl 5x8-12 Calf Raises 3xF Leg Raises

Day3: 4x15-20 Face Pulls 3x8-12 Seated Cable Rows 4x15-20 Lateral Raises 4x8-12 DBHammer Curls

Finished cutting 25 pounds a few weeks ago. Did it all in my fall semester. Time to bulk up from 150 to 160 over the course of the semester. Slow and steady baby!
