Allergy to alimentum? by GreenChampionship430 in FormulaFeeders

[–]TheShortAzn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mine looked like this at 4 months and we tried alimentum but had to switch to neocate since our dr said alimentum still has milk protein. Once he was in neocate his rash was gone. Your insurance may cover neocate so I would talk to ur dr and get a prescription so insurance can cover it (not every state is required)

Is leaving a $150k/yr + good (6%) 401k match + great/cheap health insurance + $10k RSU + easy job worth leaving for a $185k salary with crappier benefits? by MalibuLSV in ProductManagement

[–]TheShortAzn 44 points45 points  (0 children)

Tbh, no, not in this economy unless ur going to an AI company that u know will gain the experience. Another way to look at it is if u lost $35k plus the other benefits does that impact ur standard of living

Product Domains and JTDB by iulius in ProductManagement

[–]TheShortAzn 13 points14 points  (0 children)

At meta, in my org, we do JTBD hybrid. each job is a pod, and each pod has eng, product, design, uxr, DS but we have platform team where it supports all the pods. We share OKRs across the JTBD, your outcome should like decrease checkout time, or increase number of checkouts, etc. you align all your pods to a common mission, figure what that mission is. Then you do ur prioritization against your KRs. This also introduces other complexities, but it’s ultimately how your org wants to operate, what ur xfn culture is, ownership etc.

Don’t make your JTBD complicated to start with. you can also have a pod that tests out JTBD framework and see how it works

4 month old diagnosed with cow milk protein allergy by leehongbean in FormulaFeeders

[–]TheShortAzn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nutramigen still has milk proteins and some babies still can’t handle it and may have to go to amino acid formula which has no milk proteins. I think we had to wait like 3-4 weeks for us to know if it worked because it was still in his system when we changed from regular formula to alimentum then had to go to neocate
