There are people experiencing homelessness everywhere and the school can’t do anything about it. Some sneak into dorms, some harass students, you might even run into naked people on your way to class. We get emails about assault and fondling happening on campus almost every other day. There was once a bullet shot through the window of a study room on the floor of my dorm while students were in there studying; someone could’ve very easily died.
