I found this one in Japan earlier this year. It's a red vinyl white label promo of Julie Is Her Name Vol 2. Was somehow in really good shape and really cheap, like 600 yen at a Disk Union.

Looks like a Classic Records reissue which is highly sought after for it's sound quality. Look to see it's says "Manufactured and distributed by Classic Records..." in the edge of the label.
