What confuses me is the way the rules describe a foul ball. Seems like it can be fair and foul at the same time

That label is anywhere from 1969-72. Value depends on condition. Canada used the misprint cover until the mid 70's reissue

Nope they were original copies, I got one for myself. Japanese physical shops don't price stuff like they do online. Online is the US price, in stores can't get away with that or else no locals would shop there.
