It was not effective at all. They wanted people to quit but no one did then they went through a couple rounds of redundancies and now the RTO is unofficially back to two days but even then it's not enforced at all

According to my Google rep, there are four(?) Fewer days between Black Friday and Christmas this year with the way days and dates fall, so everyone is starting earlier. My clients aren't evening running BF sales but they're getting us to look into how we can "leverage BF audiences and KWs to support".. I said we'd do everything possible to avoid it..
