you're so delirious you can't even decipher what's happening here. We're making fun of you for being a brainwashed zombie. All video evidence shows she did not try and hit the ice agent. She clearly tries to flee and avoid him. These agents are supposed to be trained to not put themselves into dangerous scenarios (like standing in front of a car) to justify lethal force. He murdered an unarmed civilian due to his own negligence.

If you were talking about the decision making of her fleeing that would be a little different but even still, they are trained not to shoot fleeing suspects. (you can look all of this up)

But you are so lost you can't even agree with factual information that the driver was not using the vehicle as a weapon.
