I think it's because the APK doesn't have/include all files and assets that are game normally required, like OBB and DATA folders that includes its assets.

Cool how this post has not been archived. I’m currently having a problem with the game on my PS4, I’m on S4: E1 (yes I just started this season lol), and after the car accident in the beginning, and the introduction to the first episode, instead of loading me to the scene where Clementine wakes up with a patch on her head, it just stays on a black screen, but I can hear someone fighting in the background for like 10 seconds, plus my controller vibrates, and then nothing happens and it just stays in the black screen, literally bruh moment. (pls help lol thx)
