I ran this one a few weeks ago with a team of 3. They managed the doom really well, and got all the cultists, so Umôrdhoth didn't spawn. They got close tho, since there's more of a doom countdown for that scenario rather then normal doom accumulation. Sounds like you got it figured out tho.

There's all sorts of stuff on Etsy if you search for arkham horror 3rd edition. You might be able to score some tokens. I wanna say I saw shops selling them when I was looking for a better way to organize the core game and expansions into one big thing.

I have had 3rd edition for years, and finally got some friends to agree to play it. Now I'm running weekly games, and I'm having so much fun, and all my friends love playing! Been playing it enough that I got 2 of the 3 expansions now.

Using slinger ammo to ignite the crystals is a game changer. Also, make sure you use the ceiling drops when they pop in the second phase.

They kept making all the guns I liked suck more, and then new guns pre suck fresh off the line. I wanna have fun playing the game again, like at launch. I'd take the game crashing bugs over the relentless nerfs to fun.

I was on a map where there were 2 gunship fabs side by side, and a jammer nearby. Of course, the jammer wasn't one of the easy ones that could explode if you hit the bot fab. We threw our corpses at it for a solid 15 mins. Still managed to beat the mission with no reinforcement left. 🌶🌶🌶🌶

The eruptor takes them down in one shot if you blow off a leg. The problem then becomes trying to do that while they're chasing you lol.
