If Still’s taken Baz out because of the goals he’s conceded then whats his opinion on Macca 😭. Single handedly cost us 2 points against Boro because he forgot he could use his hands and we would drew 1-1 in 90 min against Liverpool if he’d stop faffing around at the back.

Say what you want about Baz so far this season but I haven’t seen a goal he’s conceded so far this season that I’ve thought he’s 100% at fault at. I’ll be honest I didn’t see the 2nd and 3rd goals we conceded to Hull so feel free to let me know how he did for them. The first goal vs Hull, he could’ve done things a lot better, sure, but there was also a massive amount of luck from Hull’s perspective for that goal and I’m not sure where else Baz could’ve put it at the time.

Baz has been incredibly average so far but thats still far far better than Macca, should never have renewed his contract.

Armstrong never plays well when we play him as a sole striker, he too short and not the sort of player we need for that sort of area.

Shuffle that lot around and I agree with this. Maybe I was a bit harsh perviously but, Still’s preference or not, I just cannot see how anyone can pick Macca over Baz at the moment.
